How we do it

We develop software using agile methodologies such Scrum and XP

What is Scrum?

Scrum is an Agile process that can be used to manage and control software development of a product using iterative, incremental practices. Scrum has been used both for simple projects and for changing the way entire enterprises do their business. Scrum significantly increases productivity and reduces time to obtain benefits while facilitating adaptive, empirical systems development.

We also use Lean software development concepts such decide as late as possible and deliver as fast as possible.

As software development is always associated with a definite level of uncertainty, better results could be obtained with an options-based approach, thus delaying decisions as much as possible until they could be made based on facts and not on uncertain future prediction and assumptions. The more complex a system is, the more capacity for change should be built into it, thus enabling delayed important and crucial commitments. The iterative approach promotes this principle – the ability to adapt to changes, correct mistakes, which might be very costly if discovered after the release of the System
